Terms and Conditions

On sale for a limited time for travel on selected dates until 18 September 2027 exclusions apply.
The minimum stay shown per package must be completed on consecutive nights in the same room type to be eligible for the inclusions.
The starting price is shown and will not be available on all room types or dates. The price for any given date will be identified in the booking calendar at time of booking.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, cannot be applied to group rates and is only available for new bookings made directly with Paradise Resort Gold Coast through our direct website or call center.
Child ages for accommodation are considered as 0-12years, additional charges will apply for anyone 13 years and over.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

A 10% non-refundable deposit, plus booking fee charged at time of booking.
The remaining balance is charged 28 days prior to arrival. If arrival is within 28 days, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations made on or before 28 days of arrival will forfeit the 10% deposit plus any booking fees.
No refunds will be issued once inside 28 days prior to arrival or if you decide to depart early.
One free date change is permitted up to 28 days prior to arrival. When changing dates, pricing is subject to change pending rates and availability on your new dates.

Package Inclusions:

Breakfast:

The continental buffet is served in Penguins Restaurant and consists of a selection of fruits, yoghurts, toast, cereal, and similar items. Hot menu items are not included but can be ordered at an additional cost.

Lunch or Dinner:

Guests can choose from lunch OR dinner each day. Not valid on your day of departure. Cannot be redeemed for the lunch or dinner buffet in Penguins on Christmas Day or for special events.
One voucher per room will be issued upon arrival to redeem one meal per person per day and must be presented when ordering otherwise full payment will be required.
Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Meals can be ordered from any participating outlet (not valid for online orders) from any menu but must be claimed in one transaction, unredeemed meals will be forfeited. Example: if 2 adults and 2 children are registered to the room and each person wants a meal from separate outlets, they can present their voucher at any participating outlet and order 1 meal each from any menu as follows:
You can enjoy your meals from any of our participating onsite dining outlets. Each guest can choose a meal from any of the venues listed below, but all meals must be claimed in a single transaction per day. Unredeemed meals cannot be carried forward. Here’s where you can dine:

Penguins Restaurant (from 11:30am daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ meal

13+ years: One main meal

Platters, oysters, toppings, sides, drinks, and extras are not included.

Jerry’s Burgers (from 11am daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ burger plus one small fries

13+ years: One burger or wrap plus one small fries OR one classic burger with fries

Meal deals, additional sides, drinks, and extras are not included.

Deb’s Pizza Shack (from 11am daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ pizza

13+ years: One traditional or gourmet pizza

Additional sides, drinks, and extras are not included.

El-Mexicano (from 11am daily)

0-12 years: One kids’ nachos

13+ years: One burrito bowl or up to 3 tacos

Additional add-ons, sides, or drinks are not included.

Kids Club:

All children (0-12 years) will receive one voucher per person to be redeemed at any standard kid’s club session.
A unique voucher code will be issued via email 7-10 days prior to arrival for each child and can be redeemed in any standard session, once only per child.
Vouchers must be redeemed during this stay, or the session will be forfeited.

Activities Credit:

A voucher code will be issued via email approximately 7-10 days prior to your arrival or within 48hours if you are booking less than 10 days prior to arrival
Vouchers can be used towards Paradise Resort Inhouse activities only. Excludes Astro Galaxy pass, Cleo Diamond pass and Captain Treasure Pass.
Individual conditions apply for each activity (this includes cancellation policies per activity).
Your code will only be valid for online bookings at Paradise Resort Gold coast Reservations (rezdy.com).
Activity schedules vary throughout the year, and not all activities will be available on all dates.
Activities are subject to change after booking.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Village Roadshow Theme Parks

Tickets are included in the Ride, Relax and Repeat packages only (not included in The Resort Reset)
Tickets will be issued via email 7-10 days prior to arrival or within 48hours if you are booking less than 10 days prior to arrival.
Tickets must be redeemed for entry within the same travel dates as the accommodation, otherwise tickets will be forfeited.
Guests will need to make their own way to and from each theme park, transfers are not included.

Children 0-2years do not require a ticket, all guests 3 years and older will be issued a ticket
3 Day Pass: is valued at $169 per person and includes unlimited entry for 3 consecutive days to 3 parks, Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild
5 Day Pass: is valued at $179 per person and includes unlimited entry for 5 consecutive days to 4 Parks, Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild and Paradise Country

Other

Guests receive unlimited use of the Waterpark, pool, and spa plus a range of daily activities and entertainment.
Not all activities are included and may not be available during your stay, visit the website or weekly what’s on program on arrival for current schedule and pricing.
